“To all who come to this happy place; welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past...and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams and the hard facts that have created America...with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.” - Walt Disney

25 Days - 22

Day 22

Crazy Toon Holiday Greetings

One of the wackiest places to celebrate the holiday at the Disneyland Resort is Toon Town, located at the back of Fantasyland. Each year the residents of town put up some of the wildest and most whimsical types of garland and wreaths.  Come along as we take a trip through the streets of Toon Town.

The Five & Dime sports almost normal garland.
Once you move into the food court, around City Hall, you notice more uniqueness.

Daisy's Diner is covered in...  what else but Daisy's

Pluto's Dog House is decked out in Hot Dogs, Ketchup, Mustard & Relish
Perhaps the busiest attraction in Toon Town, Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, is bedecked.

Benny the Cab busts out the festive garland, while a Roger Rabbit Wreath hangs overhead

Each of the shops has something unique in the way of decoration.

Of course, each of the houses has it's own special personality.

Mickey's house has over sized lights hanging out front

Donald's boat has multi-colored baubles all around the dock

Goofy has put up some wacky lights and garland as well.
Each resident invites you to join them for the holidays. No matter who you come to see, Mickey, Minnie, Gadget, Roger, or any of the others, be sure to have a Toony time.
